Hearing 1 of 2: Peter Harte Tyrone

Defending Party: Peter Harte Tyrone

An Lr Choiste Cheannais na gComortais Central Competitions Control Committee took Disciplinary Action against Peter Harte, arising from the contents of the Referees Report, alleging a breach of Riail 7.2 b Category II T.O. 2018, that is to say Cynical Behaviour Infraction, his third such infraction in the same year in the Inter-County Senior Football Championship.

Peter Harte requested a Hearing which took place on the 11th June 2019, disputing all three Category II Infractions on his Disciplinary Record, those being the Black Cards received on 8th June 2019 in the Ulster GAA Football All-Ireland Senior Championship, 22nd June 2019 in the GAA Football Senior Championship and 6th July 2019 in the GAA Football Senior Championship.

An Lr Choiste isteachta Central Hearings Committee made the following decision

8th June 2019 - Ulster GAA Football Senior Championship, Donegal v Tyrone. An Lr Choiste isteachta isteachta Central Hearings Committee found the alleged infraction proven.

22nd June 2019 - GAA Football All-Ireland Senior Championship, Longford v Tyrone. An Lr Choiste isteachta isteachta Central Hearings Committee found the alleged infraction not proven.

6th July 2019 - GAA Football All-Ireland Senior Championship, Cavan v Tyrone. An Lr Choiste isteachta isteachta Central Hearings Committee found the alleged infraction proven.

Therefore, no penalty was imposed, and the Committee ordered the players record to be amended accordingly

Peter Harte has the option of appealing against the decision of An Lr Choiste isteachta to An Lr Choiste Achomhairc.

Hearing 2 of 2: Aidan Nolan Wexford

Defending Party: Aidan Nolan Wexford

Competition: Leinster GAA Hurling Senior Championship

Fixture: Wexford v Kilkenny

Venue: Innovate Wexford Park

Date: 15th June 2019

The Central Hearings Committee has decided following an appeal by Aidan Nolan to the Central Appeals Committee to rehear this case regarding the applicable penalty. It is the decision of the Central Hearings Committee that the applicable penalty is a One Match Suspension in the same Code and at the same Level, applicable to the next game in the same Competition.

This suspension has already been served by Aidan Nolan.

The Central Hearings Committee have decided that an infraction proven against Aidan Nolan committed in the Super 11s Tournament in Fenway Park should not count for the purpose of determining whether a subsequent Infraction is a repeat infraction.
