GAA.ie Hurler of the Week

1: Patrick Horgan Cork - 13, 614 votes

2: Conor Fogarty Kilkenny - 4, 858 votes

3: Noel McGrath Tipperary - 4, 510 votes

Patrick Horgan was at his brilliant best scoring 3-10, but Kilkenny still prevailed at Croke Park.

Even though the Glen Rovers clubman contributed an awesome performance it still wasn't enough to deny Kilkenny.

Conor Fogarty was wholehearted throughout Kilkenny's dramatic All Ireland Quarter-Final success over Cork.

Fogarty also contributed two excellent points from play for Brian Cody's hard working outfit.

Noel McGrath's skill and sweet long range point striking was critical as Tipperary eventually overcame a spirited Laois outfit.

The Loughmore-Castleiney clubman is a key figure for Liam Sheedy's team, who now face Wexford at the penultimate stage.

Players of the Week are decided based on votes cast by followers of the Official GAA Instagram page.
