Mark Allen continued his title defence with a 6-1 win over Mark Davis in the second round of the International Championship in China.

The Northern Irishman, who beat Neil Robertson in last year's final, had a highest break of 101 and will play England's Ali Carter in the last 16.

World champion Judd Trump compiled four half-century breaks in a 6-4 victory against Scott Donaldson 6-4.

Shaun Murphy and Graeme Dott also won, while Mark Selby plays later.
