Election 2020 : Journalist John Waters joins the fight for Dun Laoghaire seat

Election 2020 : Journalist John Waters joins the fight for Dun Laoghaire seat
journalists John Waters and Gemma O'Doherty running for seats in Dun Laoghaire and Fingal respectively
Veteran Journalist and Song writer John Waters will contest the General Election in the Dun Laoghaire Constituency .

Mr Waters , a former Irish Times Journalist and Eurovision Song writer will be running as an Independent aligned to the Anti Corruption Ireland party (ACI) , a new party founded in March 2019 by former Irish Independent Journalist Gemma O'Doherty who herself is contesting a seat in the Fingal Constituency . Among the Party's core principles are : "truth, justice and integrity , probity, transparency and accountability in public office and an end to the reckless waste of taxpayers’ money by the governing elite" , the Party's aim is to .."create an Ireland where public servants who abuse citizens’ rights and their taxes will lose their jobs, their pensions and their liberty" adding that "Until the agents of corruption face consequences for their actions, nothing will change. Nor will anything change until honourable people who are driven only by the desire to serve Ireland and her people take control of the political system" - https://anti-corruptionireland.com/

Gemma and John should hold their heads high and be proud . It wasn't to be this time but there is always another day . another election . From the bottom of my heart i thank you and all the others , the irish freedom party , the national party , renua and all the true patriots of Ireland . God Bless you all
^
yep . second that . they did their best , thats all anyone can do . very proud of them both
^
Irish citizens, YOU, UNDER THE IRISH CONSTITUTION ARE SOVERIGN
YOU ARE ABOVE ALL STATE,GOVERNMENT,INSTITUTIONS,COURTS.etc
What part is not understood? YOU AND ONLY YOU,make the final call.
The PRESENT DAIL/GOVERNMENT/STATE INSTITUTIONS ARE ILLEGAL
and have been SINCE THE FIRST DAIL,VOTED IN BY ALL IRELAND VOTE
AND SAT IN THE MANSION HOUSE DUBLIN. Every GOVERNMENT since that time and sitting in Dáil Éireann is illegal and false. Of coarse nothing
Works in the country. The Crowns Influence remains and its F..KING IRONIC
that they have STITCHED YOU UP WITH THE eu master WHILST THEY
ARE CRLEBRATING IN B R E X I T GLORY. DO YOU UNDERSTAND ?
The obvious being a false state based on lies and CORRUPTION and
BURYING YOUR HISTORY AND HERITAGE FROM THE TRUTH- WORLD
They achieved this with the Famine Lie, it was a HOLOCAUST....up to 5/6
MILLION IRISH DIED. And now the 2020 GENOCIDE,....oh they want to
BAN FREE SPEECH....IS THAT CORRECT? NO MORE QUESTIONS ! , !
WAKE UP..WAKE UP IRELAND...THIS IS NOT BY ACCIDENT......
....GET THE F..KING TRAITORS OUT..ONCE AND FORALL....
^
It's a shame that a woman's rejection can so upend the sanity of an otherwise intelligent man. Waters is no longer a crank - he's a bona fide nutcase. Sad.
^
would ya go on out of that paddy , waters is the dude , give him your No1.
^
was very upset to see John Waters Election Posters being ripped down from lamposts in Dun Laoghaire , waters is a lovely man and the people who are doing this have nothing but contempt for democracy and the democratic process in ireland

^
every day i come accross posters of candidates i dont like but i would never dream of taking one down because democracy is important to me , look at North Korea and think that could so easily be ireland , i'm so lucky , generations of our ancestors gave their lives for democracy and we must not let that go .

these people taking down posters are so dangerous to irish society , many have links to communist organisations like Antifa and the WSM .
^
wow , did anyone read Philip Ryan's account of this story in the Independent . 6 lines of text , another Pulitzer Candidate, he writes... "Mr Waters has caused controversy in the past over his views on abortion, marriage equality and other issues" , wow , what a reference , so anyone who disagrees with abortion is "causing controversy" or anyone who disagrees with gay marriage is "causing controversy" . I mean in the USA "31" States voted Against gay marriage by way of referendum only 3 states voted in favour ...are all those people causing "controversy" .. also what "other issues" is mr Ryan talking about , gutter journalism at its best . -https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/election-2020/john-waters-to-run-under-anti-corruption-ireland-banner-in-general-election-38885369.html
^
to be honest i'm surprised they even published it , its embarrassing , wouldn't be surprised if its taken down any day soon
^
if anyone can sort out the gang problems in Tyrrelstown and Balbriggan etc its Gemma o'doherty , if people want to sort out the housing crisis then gemma o'doherty is the woman to stop mass uncontrolled immigration and crime .
^
john and gemma both great patriots . would love to see them both elected .
^
brilliant . dun laoghaire wont do much better than john waters . a great intellect with outstanding acumen
^
Congratulations John waters, I've been anticipating your move for quite some time, I do hope the people of Dunlaoighre welcome your nomination and together with Gemma we will finally see some integrity in the Dail, the Cats amount the pidgins at long last. No doubt you will restore msm and bring Journalism out of the DARK AGES along with your COMMITTMENT TO FREE SPEECH. What will all those shameless traitors say or do now? Where will they hide or run to? THIS IS ONE TIME IN A LIFETIME THAT WE WILL GLADLY SEE " PANDORAS BOX OPENED " Slainte a mhic!
^
john waters is a legend , wish him all the best in dun laoghaire and gemma o'dohery in fingal too , may they both have good results and god bless them both .

most people find it hard to go without food for a day never mind 2 months the courage of these men should never be forgotten . these heroes did not die so our country could be taken over by the German Reichstag , Their vision was A sovereign Independent Ireland .. 'we declare the right of the people of ireland to the ownership of ireland and to the unfettered control of irish destinies , to be sovereign and indefeasible' 1916 proclamation sounds like a good idea too

These Patriots were PROUD PEOPLE, and every living soul in Ireland is living a life because of these MEN,WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
