An Afghan man (Rasuili Zubaidullah) who is wanted in Austria on suspicion of the rape and murder of a 13-year-old girl arrived in the UK claiming to be a refugee . The suspected killer and rapist arrived in Kent on July 18 on one of the migrant boats currently crossing the English Channel from France and gave a false name to authorities .
