if someone goes through the process and it is proven that they are Not genuine , then they need to be deported . But this is not happening because the government is too politically correct .
from 2001 to 2016 , statistics from the department of justice show that only 8% were deemed genuine and had their claims approved . But most of the remainder were allowed to stay here also . Whats the point in having a system if nobody is deported at the end of it ?
