Concerns have been raised in relation to the GAA Constitution and its policies around political movements , playing gear and sponsorship following a decision by the Leitrim Hurling team to enter into a sponsorship deal with the Migrant Rights Centre in Dublin and the One Foundation . Under the sponsorship deal , Leitrim hurlers will wear a Jersey with the words "No to Racism" alongside the logo of the Migrant Rights Centre in Dublin. Under Rule 1.11 of the GAA Constitution .. "no Committee, Club, Council or representative thereof shall take part, as such, in any party political movement. A penalty of up to twenty four weeks suspension may be imposed for
