They say Love is more than just physical attraction .
In February of this year , BBC presenter Phillip Schofield announced publicly that he was gay .
Schofield had been married to his wife Stephanie for 27 years and had two daughters at the time of the announcement .
Yesterday it was reported , he was converting the wifes garage into a Bachelor Pad and would remain in the family home which is worth some 2.6 million .
The Scholfield story shows us that while gay people might be sexually attracted to the same sex , physical attraction and love are two seperate things and it is possible for gay men or lesbian women to love and live happy long relationships with the opposite sex .
Now , it might follow that the reverse also holds true , if gay people can live happy relationships with the opposite sex , then straight people can live happy relationships with the same sex , but given our biological set up , that men procreate with women and have children together , it makes more sense for gay people (and especially those who want children) to settle down and raise those children with the opposite sex .
Yours Truly ,
